Adventures Behind The Bar

A man sat at my bar and asked for a Coors Lt. after a couple of beers I over hear him talk about someone at the court house, which is across the street from my bar.  We started talking and he told me that his younger sister is at the court house because she was caught drinking underage at a bar.

He said the Liquor Control Board (LCB) raided the bar and they got caught. The bartenders got arrested on site, hysterically crying.  The funny thing is the girl had a fake I.D. and the parents are the ones that bought it for her… what?!

The brother was saying how it wasn’t fair to the bartenders because they had a bouncer checking I.D’s at the door.  I told him it isn’t the responsibility of the bouncer it falls on the bartenders hands.  This is why I am so adamant about checking I.Ds.  You are the one that is going to get arrested and lose your job and probably never be able to get another bartending job…
