I don’t know why I want one, I feel like it would come in handy to temp things around the bar and make sure everything is cold if needed or hot when needed.

I officially lost my bottle opener.  It has been with me since day 1 of bartending.  I think I lost it in a cab on Monday.  I got it from this site years ago… with the spinner ring.  It was $!4 back then.  So I suppose this is the second thing on my Official Bartender Wishlist

It was in ‘glow in the dark’ which isn’t available anymore. I am sad

The Japanese Trident Barspoon 31.5-Centimeter

With its striking trident tip, this barspoon command’s attention.  It’s ultra-lightweight, with a smooth, tight coil and a length that makes it easy to stir in a quick rotation.  As for the trident tip, it cleanly skewers cocktail garnishes from jars and according to some, it is equally suited “to snag a piece of charcuterie from a distance when no one is looking.” Measuring just a hair under one teaspoon and available in various lengths.
